Cancellations: Requests or scheduled prints must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
Refunds: Once production begins, custom 3D printing orders are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Ownership of Designs: You retain all rights to your designs. By submitting a file, you grant Crescent 3D Printing a limited license to use the design solely to prepare your quote and fulfill your order.
Turnaround Times: We aim to provide quotes within 2 business days and complete most approved prints within 5–7 business days, depending on design complexity and material availability.
Liability: We are not responsible for issues caused by flaws in your submitted design. Our responsibility applies only to defects that arise from our printing process or materials.
File Security: We take steps to protect the files and information you send us, but we cannot guarantee that security incidents, errors, or leaks will never happen. By submitting files, you acknowledge this risk.
