Welcome to Crescent 3D Printing ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

We provide professional 3D printing services, including design consultation, prototype development, and custom printing. All services offered on this website are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined herein.

2. Custom 3D Printing Quotes and Orders

  • Submission of Files: Customers may submit design files to Crescent 3D Printing via the online quote form or by email. Submission of a file does not constitute acceptance of an order.

  • Quotation: All quotations are provided for informational purposes only and are non-binding until confirmed in writing and payment is received. Crescent 3D Printing reserves the right to adjust pricing if the design requires modification, additional materials, or otherwise differs from the assumptions underlying the initial quotation.

  • Approval of Models: Crescent 3D Printing retains sole discretion to determine whether a submitted design file is suitable for production. Acceptance of a design for printing signifies only that Crescent 3D Printing has determined it can reasonably be manufactured with its equipment and materials. Submission of a file does not obligate Crescent 3D Printing to produce it.

  • Cancellations: Requests or scheduled print jobs must be cancelled not less than 48 hours prior to production.

  • Refunds: Custom 3D printing orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, except as otherwise set forth in the Return & Refund Policy.

  • Intellectual Property: Customers retain all intellectual property rights in their submitted designs. By submitting a design file, the customer grants Crescent 3D Printing a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the file solely for the purposes of preparing a quotation and fulfilling the order.

  • Turnaround Times: Crescent 3D Printing endeavors to provide quotations within two (2) business days and to complete most approved print jobs within five (5) to seven (7) business days, subject to design complexity and material availability. These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Limitation of Liability: Crescent 3D Printing shall not be liable for errors, malfunctions, or deficiencies arising from flaws inherent in the customer’s submitted design file. Liability is limited solely to defects demonstrably caused by Crescent 3D Printing’s materials or manufacturing process.

  • File Security: Crescent 3D Printing undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard submitted files and related information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer acknowledges that no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and Crescent 3D Printing disclaims any liability for damages arising from inadvertent loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure of such files.

3. User Eligibility

By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Account Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to update your details if they change. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Crescent 3D Printing or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

You may upload designs or files to our website for 3D printing. You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to any content you submit. However, by submitting your content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, print, and reproduce your designs for the purpose of fulfilling your 3D printing order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the designs or files you submit do not infringe upon the rights of any third parties, including intellectual property rights.

7. Payment and Pricing

All pricing for our services will be displayed on our website or communicated directly to you before the processing of any order. By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified amount for the services provided. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice or as otherwise agreed. We accept credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of your order. Shipping costs will be clearly indicated during checkout, and we are not responsible for delays or damages incurred during shipping by third-party carriers. Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crescent 3D Printing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes, without limitation, errors in designs, delays, lost profits, or failure to meet deadlines.
